Welcome to AALI WAQAR. These Terms of Service govern your use of the AALI WAQAR website and your purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. About AALI WAQAR

AALI WAQAR is an online clothing brand offering carefully selected fabrics and clothing products for everyday wear.

Our current collection primarily consists of men's unstitched clothing, including cotton and wash-and-wear fabrics.

We reserve the right to introduce additional products, collections and categories in the future.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor variations may occur, particularly in the appearance of colours due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the nature of individual fabrics.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the AALI WAQAR website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may be changed from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by AALI WAQAR, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Applicable delivery charges will be added according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered confirmed when AALI WAQAR accepts the order and confirms it for processing.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

Product unavailability
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders
Obvious pricing or product-description errors
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a confirmed order for which payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only payment method available at AALI WAQAR.

The customer is responsible for paying the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers should provide an active contact number and ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

AALI WAQAR currently delivers across Pakistan.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days. Remote or distant areas may require additional time.

Shipping charges and further delivery information are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns currently include incorrect, damaged or defective products and must meet the conditions stated in that policy.

As our products are sold as unstitched fabric, fabric that has been cut, stitched, altered, washed or otherwise used is not eligible for return.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your:

Full name
Contact number
Delivery address
City and other relevant delivery details

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

You also agree not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The AALI WAQAR name, logo, photographs, product images, written content, graphics, designs and other materials displayed on this website are owned by or used by AALI WAQAR with appropriate rights.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use AALI WAQAR's content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

AALI WAQAR uses third-party services, including Shopify and courier and delivery providers, to operate the online store and fulfill orders.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. AALI WAQAR is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AALI WAQAR will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect information provided by customers, website interruptions, or events outside our control.
